The ONS (Office of National Statistics) reports that unemployment hit 3.8% in March 2022, putting companies looking to grow or replace staff in a difficult situation. However, it is not about finding the right talent; it's also about keeping your talent.

Forward-thinking employers are aware that hiring processes need to be candidate-centred to attract top talent - flexible working, employee experience, rewards & recognition, training and development, and an organisation's commitment to social responsibility are serious considerations. Many organisations are putting ED&I (Equity, Diversity & Inclusion) on top of the agenda as they look to widen their talent pools.
